What you buy
Digital content: the audiobook (24 chapters, to stream in your browser and to download as M4B and MP3) and the eBook (EPUB and PDF) in English, Swedish, German, Dutch, Spanish, French and Italian, with later translations added at no extra cost. The price is €15, VAT included. You pay by card through Stripe.
Delivery
Your library opens straight after payment, and we email you a private link to it. The link is yours to keep. If you lose it, the re-send page sends it again.
Your 14-day right to cancel, and when it ends
When you buy online in the EU, you normally have 14 days to change your mind. For digital content that is delivered straight away, that right ends once delivery begins, if you agreed to immediate delivery and confirmed that you know you lose the right to cancel. At checkout you are asked to confirm exactly that. If you do not confirm it, the purchase does not go ahead.

If your files don't work, we'll put it right
If something does not play, open or download, write to us. We will fix it, send you working files, or refund you. Your legal rights for faulty digital content stay in place as well.
Your licence
The book is for your own personal use. Please don't share, upload or resell the files or your library link. If friends want to read it, send them to thefalsehealer.com.
Questions and complaints
Write to contact@thefalsehealer.com and we will answer. If we cannot agree, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, arn.se).
Law
Swedish law applies. This does not take away any consumer protection that the law of the country where you live gives you.
